Description
As terrifying as storms can be, watching them holds a fascination for many people. The power, wild fury, changing moods, thunder and lightning, colours, rainbows all create great viewing.
This storm was all show with little fury, but its display as it passed out to sea was spectacular.
The ocean became quite flat and the late afternoon sunlight light up the different layers of clouds. As much as my wife and I enjoyed taking the photos, we also just stood and watched in amazement. This was one of those truly special moments.
